The most important thing that we should know first is about the nutritional intake needed to make our body has the raw material for energy and growth needs. Some of the nutritional intakes that must be met to build the ideal body are as follows.


Amino Acids : a protein-forming agent that is useful for muscle growth. Our bodies are unable to produce these substances ourselves so we are obliged to meet this intake through certain foods and supplements.


Macronutrients : are substances with the composition of fats, carbohydrates and proteins. Carbohydrates and fats function as fuel for energy while proteins are useful for muscle building.


Micronutrients : are substances that contain vitamins and minerals. Vitamins and minerals serve as a balance of nutrients in the body is good for growth and muscle.

Protein sources are found in different types of food that we often encounter in everyday life that is useful for building good muscle and as a nutritional growth. Proteins can be obtained through animal sources such as beef, chicken, fish, eggs, milk, cheese, yogurt and so on. However, we can also find ready-to-eat protein contained in powder protein products. For a good source of carbohydrates can be obtained from a variety of foods, but with good carbohydrate requirements of course. Why is that? Because carbohydrates will make insulin spikes in your body so that your body does not have a maximum intake or even can cause obesity. 

Good carbohydrates can be found in fruits, seeds, oatmeal, whole grain bread, sweet potatoes, white potatoes and white bread. The selection of good fats will also make the body become stronger because the stored energy is enough to exercise. Good sources of fat are found in salmon, tuna, sardines and anchovies. However, behind it all must be consumed with the right dose and fit so that it can form the body perfectly and maximally.


After we know how many nutrients needed by the body, then should we have how many meals in one day? That may be the question we hear most often. To get the perfect nutrition then you should eat at least 3-4 times a day with the composition to adjust the calories needed by the body. It all depends on height, weight, metabolism and supportive factors. You should consume food from 1600 to 2400 calories per day if you are an adult woman. But unlike the men, who have to consume 2000 to 3000 calories per day.


No less important to note that the water intake in the body that also serves as a balancing nutrients. For water needs, drink at least 8 glasses per day as recommended by health experts. However, when you exercise then surely it should be more to avoid lack of body fluids. Okay maybe that some tips to be able to form a nice and ideal body, may be useful.
